Deleting your data

Delete your account yourself

• Sign in and open Settings.
• Choose “Delete account” and type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion is immediate: your media kits go offline and your data is erased right away.

What is deleted

• Your account, email address and name
• All your media kits, drafts, published versions and links
• Uploaded images
• Connected Twitch and TikTok accounts, their access tokens (also revoked with the platform) and cached statistics
• Visit statistics for your media kits
• Any active subscription, which is canceled

Database backups are overwritten within 30 days. Billing records are kept only as long as accounting law requires.

Ask us instead

Email support@mediakitly.com from the address of your account with the subject “Account deletion”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Twitch and TikTok

Disconnecting a platform in Mediakit.ly revokes our access. You can also remove Mediakit.ly from the connected apps in your Twitch or TikTok settings. Deleting your Mediakit.ly account does not affect your Twitch or TikTok accounts.
