The service

Mediakit.ly lets you build and publish a media kit at a public link, connect Twitch and TikTok to display statistics, and see how your kit is viewed. By creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information.
• Keep your password safe and tell us about any unauthorized use.
• You are responsible for everything published from your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you publish. You give us the right to host, display and share it as needed to run the service, for example in link previews. You confirm you have the rights to the text, images and logos you upload.

Do not use Mediakit.ly to:

• impersonate someone or present someone else’s audience as yours;
• publish statistics you know to be false or misleading;
• publish illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content, or infringe others’ rights;
• attack, overload or scrape the service, or get around its limits.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Statistics from platforms

Synced statistics come from Twitch, TikTok and TwitchTracker. We display them as received and cannot guarantee their accuracy or availability. Without an active Pro plan, synced statistics are frozen at their last value.

Pro plan

Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Polar, which acts as merchant of record and handles taxes and invoices. New subscribers get their first month free. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel at any time from the billing page and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

Availability

We work to keep Mediakit.ly available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may end or suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
